In Flores, beans from Typica, Tim Tim, and S 795 (a rust-resistant variety) are wet-hulled after partial drying—a process known locally as Giling Basah—enhancing body and depth. Grown near Mount Inerie, the volcanic terrain infuses each bean with earthy richness.
From Nebilyer Valley, coffee grown at 1350m is fully washed and sun-dried at the historic Kuta mill—a place of peace and collaboration between local tribes for over 40 years.
Expect a deep, well-rounded profile that reflects the unique terroir and traditions of both regions.
